Juliet Landeros, PMP

(Founder & CEO)

For Juliet, great technology starts with community. A proud Denver native, Juliet’s professional journey began with community organizing in the Mountain West, where she fell in love with civic tech and its power to create unity and ignite social change. That early passion evolved into a robust career, where she has managed complex technical projects within union, nonprofit, campaign and government environments for the past 10 years.

Now based in Washington, D.C., Juliet is recognized for her ability to lead enterprise-level technology initiatives from conception to rollout. When she isn't driving project timelines, Juliet is immersed in music—bringing her professional training in voice and guitar to life, or spinning 80s post-punk records. An avid hiker, she loves exploring new trails with her co-pilot, Romeo.

Romeo Landeros, CGC

(Office Manager/Vibes Consultant)

North Carolina bred and D.C. fed, Romeo is here to ensure every client interaction comes with a really excellent vibe. In addition to managing the daily atmosphere, this certified good boy is an avid squirrel chaser and a passionate fan of apples. When Romeo isn’t cultivating a good vibe, he is tearing it up at AKC events, or working on his modeling career!
